Experience Operations Manager

Position Overview
Spellbound Village is seeking an experienced Experience Operations Manager to oversee the daily operation of one of Georgia's most ambitious immersive entertainment destinations.This role is responsible for ensuring every guest experience runs safely, efficiently, and on schedule while maintaining the high standards expected of an immersive world. The Operations Manager serves as the central coordinator between entertainment, food & beverage, guest services, transportation, maintenance, security, and ticketing.
Primary Responsibilities
Daily Operations
Oversee the daily operation of Spellbound Village.
Ensure all attractions, restaurants, bars, and entertainment venues are prepared for opening.
Conduct pre-opening leadership meetings with department heads.
Monitor operations throughout the day to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Resolve operational challenges quickly and professionally.
Maintain cleanliness, presentation, and operational standards throughout the property.

This position is responsible for directing performances, choreographing movement, coaching actors, developing immersive guest interactions, and ensuring every performance contributes to the story of Spellbound.
